A unique opportunity has arisen in the Property Litigation team of a leading Legal 500 practice in Birmingham.
Real Estate Litigation Solicitor - Up to £95,000 salary + Full Benefits - REF 614221AJ
Ranked as a Tier 1 practice in both the Chambers & Legal 500 for Property Litigation, this award-winning firm has many accolades to their name.
The team of regularly advises some of the nation's largest institutional investors including high-profile retail and leisure clients, owners, developers, and large property management companies. You will be working in a collaborative team on a variety of complex and high value cases, with he support of supervising fee earners.
The successful candidate will get exposure to a range of diverse matters including telecoms disputes, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.
The Candidate
- Real Estate Litigation Associate with 1-4 years post qualification experience or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
- Must have a strong academic background
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Up to £95,000 depending on experience
