SalaryA leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its team and be based in its Bristol office.
The Role:
- Supporting fee-earners on transactions focused on the energy sector
- Managing a busy caseload of transactions including liaising with the clients to obtain instructions
- Negotiating and completing easements and wayleaves
- Assisting with purchases and leases of sub-stations and construction compounds
Your experience:
- You must have experience in Real Estate transactions
- Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount
