What will you be doing?

You'll be working with an experienced team of Real Estate solicitors acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with a multitude of Real Estate matters including sales and acquisitions, property finance, development projects and landlord and tenant transactions. In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own case load of Real Estate transactions and you'll support the team by drafting and negotiating legal documentation.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

  • Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
  • Legal/non-legal work experience in Real Estate/property.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
