We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic team who are growing and expanding their Real Estate Team.
The successful Property Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Solicitors with various aspects of property matters.
Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of property conveyancing matters.
- Conducting title searches, land registry checks, and other due diligence tasks.
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Handling post-completion matters, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- A minimum of 6mts of experience in residential and or commercial property conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
