A leading legal practice that prides itself on a global presence with a local touch is currently seeking an ambitious Real Estate Paralegal to become an integral part of the Real Estate team at their Liverpool city centre office.
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting energy clients. This will include taking the lead on negotiating and completing easements and wayleaves, as well as handling options for and variations to such documents. Additionally, the role encompasses assisting with the acquisition and leasing of sub-stations and construction compounds.
The successful applicant will manage a demanding caseload, ensuring precision in drafting acquisition documentation, negotiating transactions, and conducting title reviews. The role demands a meticulous approach to file opening procedures, compliance with money laundering regulations, and adeptness in managing data rooms and online trackers. Post-completion responsibilities include registrations, forms, filing, and client reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law or an equivalent qualification. Candidates may also be pursuing CILEX or possess significant paralegal experience within a Real Estate setting.
