SalaryA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a partner to join our client's commercial property team in the London office.
Our client has a good pipeline of organic growth but they are also keen to supplement that with growth via a lateral hire who can bring additional skills/business opportunities and work within the department with an aim to build the business whilst maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service.
The team cover a wide variety of sectors including health, social care and industrial.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' PQE working for a leading national or regional firm, experience of all aspects of commercial property matters, ideally including development and development finance with a desire and ability to grow the team in addition to a business development mindset.
Both a salaried or equity partner would be considered. A bonus structure would be included regarding any work brought to the firm.
The incoming partner will ideally have a following and it does not need to all be Real estate.
