JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ year PQE
LOCATION: Newcastle
THE ROLE:
The newly appointed Real Estate Solicitor will join this nationally regarded team handling a variety of Real Estate matters for clients within the Healthcare Sector. This is a great opportunity to play a significant role as part of an expanding team within this major law firm where you will be working closely with some of the industry's leading property law specialists.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will thrive within a team environment and be client focussed with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to business development initiatives. You will have gained at least 12 months’ PQE within another national or leading regional law firm with a proven track record managing a caseload of complex Real Estate matters. Ideally you will have had some exposure to clients in the healthcare sector but this is not essential. Recently qualified Solicitors who have spent at least a 6 month seat in Real Estate and keen to specialise in this area of law are encouraged to apply.
