Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a top well-established modern forward thinking law firm who are looking to appoint a Real Estate Finance Solicitor into their Manchester team.
Key Responsibilities:-

• Real estate development finance.
• Experience in bridging finance.
• Advising on refinancing and restructuring
• Advising on short-term finance and private lending, including initial due diligence and the production of bespoke loan and security documentation, whether acting for the lender or other professionals involved
• Advising on the recoveries and enforcement process against defaulting borrowers
• Complex loan structures.
• Adept in all areas of drafting and negotiating a range of Real Estate Finance documentation including facility letters, loan agreements, charges, debentures, guarantees and general Bridging Finance documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationships with the firm's clients.

Requirements:-

• Good knowledge of Real Estate Banking.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good customer service skills and able to develop long standing client relationships.
• Qualified in England & Wales.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
