Conrad Consulting is seeking a talented Recently Qualified Architect to join a prestigious, AJ100 firm in central Birmingham, working alongside some of the city's top creative minds on large-scale projects.

This dynamic practice is experiencing a surge in projects in the Midlands region and wider UK, and is in need of 1 or possibly 2 Recently Qualified Architects to join their team. If you have ARB Registration, AutoCAD & REVIT proficiency, and a passion for design, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Recently Qualified Architect, you will have the chance to work on projects from start to finish, collaborate with senior architects, attend site meetings, and contribute to design-team meetings. If you're looking to grow in your career and showcase your creativity and flair, this role is for you.

The practice pride themselves on developing and nurturing their staff and helping them realise their full potential. Routes through to Project, Senior and Associate Architect and possibly beyond are very much on offer.

Ideal criteria of the Recently Qualified Architect as follows:

• ARB Registration
• Between 0-3 years of post qualification experience (experienced Part 2's may also be considered)
• AutoCAD & Revit proficiency
• Experience of working within the Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors would be ideal.
• Demonstrate a passion for design and the ability to show off your creative flair.

The successful Recently Qualified Architect will receive a salary in the region of 33,000- 38,000 dependant on industry experience, alongside a generous benefits package which includes hybrid/flexible working.
