You will be working for a Construction and Property Consultancy in their office based in Enderby.
Your new role
- You will be greeting visitors, answering phone calls and directing them to the right department.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Maintain a professional and organised front desk at all times.
- Maintaining and updating the Contract Tracking database.
- Photocopying, assembly and binding of professional documents.
- Any other general office administration duties.
- Assisting with the input and issuing of invoices.
- Other accounts work when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have a year's experience in a reception position.
- You will need Administration experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Great Customer Service skills.
