As a Mitie-Signature FOH Reception Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of first-class customer service and outstanding communication in front of house to facilitate the resolution of all requests within your place of work. As the face of your client and of Signature, you will work in a team and be responsible for creating an authentic and lasting first impression. This role will be directly reporting into the Operations Manager and the Client and you will be responsible for the day to day facilities for the team.

40hrs Monday to Friday between 07:30 -20:00 flexibility required to meet the needs of the business, on call hours on weekends dependant on operational demand.
Main duties
-As a key member of the leadership team, the individual will lead the Front of House team within a campus environment and be responsible for delivering effective management of the Team
-To assist and support the reception team in creating the best ‘first impression' and ensure that the reception desks, reception workstations and reception areas are clean and tidy at all times
-To exceed expectations and create a memorable 5* experience for all visitors and building users
-Responsible for delivering effective communication to the team and clients and follow up on any problems and requests
-To portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour at all times, using open and appropriate body language

Person Specification
-Manager experience from a comparable role in the corporate sector, hotels/hospitality to a 5* level
-To demonstrate a willing and positive manner and to lead by example at all times
-Focused on delivering results
-Experienced in developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
-Ability to review, develop and manage through procedures and with the use of data
-Experienced in mentoring and developing individuals
-Ability to build positive relations with colleagues, guests, and clients
-Immaculate personal presentation endorsing the Signature five-star image
-Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail) and excellent administration skills
-Relevant experience with in QHSE and HR procedures
We are on the lookout for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located in.
You will help facilitate the flow of personnel by managing access points throughout the building and ensuring the maintenance of fob access systems. You will be expected to keep a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. You will also be required to handle any phone calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner as well as sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be in charge of managing documentation and ensuring it is stored in the appropriate location or system. Some additional duties will include opening and closing the building, maintaining building security, managing queries and messages from visitors, issuing visitor and staff passes, assisting with emergency evacuations, ordering of consumable goods and more.
