WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 year + experience in an Assistant Reception Manager/ Reception Manager role in a high-end venue Spotless communication skills, natural approachability, immaculate presentation and warm welcome manners, alongside admin, calls and enquiries handling exposure (Ideally) Experience with events organization, with business acumen to maximize seating arrangements with no compromise of the guest journey Proficiency with reservation platforms such as (ideally) Open Table and Collins Staff management and scheduling
