Office Manager / Reception administrator
Are you an experienced Office Manager / receptionist avalable on a temp to perm basis to work as first point of contact for this dynamic organisation? This position would suit an organised adminsitrator with strong customer support experience, utilising your organised, proactive approach and confident ability to manage the office.
Duties include:
- Acting as the face of this organisation, based on reception, you will portray professionalism at all times in this customer focused role, meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to the organisation s reception with an enthusiastic helpful and positive attitude. Ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and services are maintained at all times and all enquiries are handled with professionalism.
- Responsible for all front of house and reception activities and housekeeping which includes the administration of the building access passes, deliveries and post, booking of meeting rooms and company visitors and all contractors working on site.
- Responsible for the management of the room booking system and in-house events insuring that all facilities and resources required for the events are catered for.
- Responsible for the site fire and emergency procedures policy and ensuring that relevant preventative measures are undertaken.
Experience Required
- Previous 2 years reception administration experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, can do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Reporting skills
- Analysis
- Problem solving
- graduate or similar qualifications.
