The Estates & Resources department are looking for the right candidate to lead the front of house reception service at both our Blenheim Walk and Vernon Street site. You will have previous experience of leading front of house teams and have a customer facing outlook. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a rewarding role, and an opportunity to develop an outstanding customer focused reception service for the University.
The Reception Services Team Leader will lead and motivate a small team of reception staff who will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and contractors to the University. The team is responsible for dealing with enquiries and processing mail and deliveries to the University, handling calls on the University switchboard, providing information, guidance and direction to people both within and visiting the University. You will provide the welcome at public events such as Open Days, Private Views in our Gallery, and for End of Year shows offering guidance, advice and information to guests and visitors.
