- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in like with EYFS framework, focusing on key areas of learning and development.
- Working closely with the Nursery Team to ensure a smooth transition for the children moving from Nursery to Reception, and Reception to Year 1.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and social development.
- Work closely with Teachers and Support staff within the EYFS team and contribute to the overall school community.
- Regularly assess and observe children's progress and tailor teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and support children's learning both at home and in the school setting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Primary Education or Early Years with QTS
- Teaching experience within an EYFS or Primary school.
- Proven experience planning and delivering lessons.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and its principles.
- Experience working with staff across all year groups as well as experience managing support staff.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying informed about best practices in early childhood education.
