About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Reception Team Member to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our business which requires excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills. Your main duties will include:
Greeting guests and providing them with information about the hotel and its services.
Answering guests’ questions about the hotel, its services, and the local area.
Checking in and out guests efficiently and accurately.
Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and updated.
Processing payments and resolving any billing issues.
Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role in the Catering & Hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
