We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the face of our Retail Support Centre! This key role involves being the first point of contact for our visitors and calls, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting our Company Directors and teams with essential administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors and handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post and manage office supply orders.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
  • Assist Company Directors with various administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.

The Candidate:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • The initiative to work independently and proactively.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
