Job description

We are seeking a diligent and professional Receptionist to join our secretarial and business support team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional front-of-house service and administrative support.

Description

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area.
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing the company diary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of sensitive company information.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events as required.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and presentable demeanour.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.
