Description
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area.
- Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing the company diary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of sensitive company information.
- Assist in the coordination of company events as required.
