Receptionist Part Time

Think you can brighten someone's day with just a "Hello"? Love helping people find their way (both literally and figuratively)? Join our client located in Loanhead as a part-time receptionist and become the friendly face of their company.

What You'll Do:

Make visitors feel like VIPs from the moment they step through the door

Master the art of the phone transfer (because nobody likes being on hold)

General administrative duties

Managing room bookings and diaries

Coordinating equipment, catering and H & S

Assist with light office tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We Need:

A positive attitude that's contagious

The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected even when things get a little hectic

A desire to be part of a fun and supportive team

Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays (full days)

Pay: 11.66 per hour plus benefits
