I am working with a professional services company on the outskirts of Exeter who are looking for a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and you will provide administrative support. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.This role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working. Duties will include but not be limited to the following-
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Ordering catering
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and update calendars
- Manage mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the relevant staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure that office supplies are stocked
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
This role is for an initial three months but the role may run for longer or have the potential to become permanent depending on company provision and individual performance.
