Sytner Luton is looking for a Service Receptionist
Your role
As a Sytner Service Receptionist, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of BMW & MINI.
Working as a Sytner Service Receptionist you will be welcoming every customer who comes into the dealership, you will also be making outbound calls, assisting the service advisors with seeing customers and completing administrative tasks.
Sytner Service Receptionists work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service and would take pride in engaging with our customers over the telephone. Ideally, you will thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment; have strong administration skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.
