Receptionist

You have the chance to join a charity organisation, helping vulnerable individuals everyday completing a short-term sickness cover contract. This role is available to start IMMEDIATELY. 

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Chester 
Job Type: Part-time - 16hrs a Week
Salary: £12.50 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Manage and maintain the reception area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Organising and setting up meeting rooms 
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with social media and newsletter creation.
