Do you have experience as an Administrator or Receptionist working within a customer-facing business?
An excellent opportunity has been created to join a growing business in Livingston.
Your role will focus on administrative support & reception duties within a busy office complex.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and polite front of house/reception service to a busy office building
- Process all back-office administration as required, including Excel spreadsheets
- Provide excellent customer service levels to all stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- A background in a customer facing, service driven position is preferred
- Experience within property, facilities management, hospitality or retail industries would be a good fit
- High level of IT literacy
- Commercially minded
This is a unique role, and excellent training is on hand to assist in learning the product.
Experience is important, but a positive attitude and an amicable personality are vital.
