Bee Dental Pendlebury is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our expanding team. Our practice combines the robust stability of NHS services with a flourishing private sector, currently generating £250K per annum across five state-of-the-art surgeries.

Your Role: You will work Full-Time (40 hours/week), acting as the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
• Managing the front desk: scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
• Providing stellar administrative support and coordinating with our dental team to optimize office efficiency.
• Promoting private treatments and facilitating finance options for patients.
