The reception team are responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests. Previous experience in a reception role is required.
This is a permanent position.
Shifts are 6:30 am – 2:30 pm or 2:15 pm – 10:30 pm or occasional mid-shifts of 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Shifts will included some weekends and bank holidays.
Key Skills required:
- Excellent Spoken English
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in challenging situations
Day to day Duties:
- Meet and greet guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Be responsible for efficient and accurate accounting on guest bills
- Making bookings via telephone and email
- Undertake general office duties including filing, emails and telephone calls
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
