**Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week**

Job discription: Join our team at Red Hall Hotel as a skilled Receptionist, managing our front desk and performing a range of administrative and revenue management tasks. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle hotel guests and corporate client needs and manage financial transactions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and positive way; provide information and assistance regarding local attractions and services.

- Effectively manage rate adjustments and room availability using revenue management techniques.

- Meet, greet, and cater to the needs of corporate clients.

- Accurately handle and post both card and cash transactions.

- Generate and distribute essential reports to management.

- Maintain security and manage access controls at the reception.

-Assist sales and events team with bookings and customer queries.

- Upsell, upgrade and make sure the customers have a memorable experience.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- A-levels or equivalent qualifications.

- Proficiency in hotel management software.

- Proven experience in a reception or front office role.

- Strong local area knowledge and superior customer service skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of operating office equipment.
