We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Receptionist at Forty-Seven.

32 bedrooms and suites along with award winning dining from Asha’s and The Peterman lounge bar make it an independent, design led, upper-scale hotel experience in Manchester city centre.

• Be buzzing with personality

• Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
• Experience using Rezlynx PMS is a huge advantage
• Be guest and service focused

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent and effective communicator, natural warmth, and professionalism

Duties will include…

• Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.
• Need to be fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel.
• Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.
• Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times.
• Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.
• Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
