Complex Care Professionals specialises in delivering complex homecare services to our clients in their own homes. We are recruiting staff to work in Bury, prestwitch & North Manchester areas.

Community Care Workersmust be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.

· Assist with daily activities such as personal care.

· Medication administration

· Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Experience required:

· 6-month previous care experience, gained in the UK

· Must drive and have access to your own car.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients

· Ability to follow instructions and care plans.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
