Front of House Receptionist

Salary: £14 - £16.50 PH negotiable

Contract: 2 months

Location: Manchester Airport

Job Role:

Covering the main reception area and working with the team in the upstairs print room.

• Welcoming visitors downstairs and confirming arrival by phone or email.
• Printing off visitors badges
• Taking receipt of delivery
• Registering deliveries and communicating with staff for collection
• Printing/Scanning/Photocopying/Binding documents
• Collecting and ordering stationary items

Job Requirements

• Self-motivated
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service experience
• Able to work within a team and also independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-presented
• IT literate
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
