Site experience is required for this role and will be for a minimum of 8-12 weeks.
Pay and benefits: A competitive pay rate of £16 ph Umbrella or 13paye including holiday pay. Paid weeklyWork Schedule: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (9 hours paid per day).
Duties and Responsibilities will include :
This position is initially on a 2 month temporary contract, with the intention of being taken on permanently in the future. This is an in-office role, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities will be to: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organised reception area Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as your experience growsFor this role you must have: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
