REED Business Support are pleased to be working with an established organisation based near Edinburgh City Centre who are looking to recruit a Receptionist on an ongoing temp basis - expected to last an initial 8 weeks with a possibility of extension. Working in the foyer, you will be responsible for covering reception and supporting various functions with administrative duties.

Details:

- Receptionist- Monday - Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00- GBP12.00 per hour + Holiday Pay- Office Based

Key responsibilities:

- Handling incoming calls and emails- Dealing with student enquiries both face-to-face and digitally- Providing property tours for student room viewings- General ad hoc administration

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a Reception or Front of House role- Good level of admin skill- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office- Excellent communication and customer service skills
