Receptionist - Cambridge - 24,000- 25,000

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client in Cambridge, this is a full time permanent role perfect for someone that enjoys a fast paced customer service focused position!

Salary: 24-25k

Hours: 08:00am-16:30pm

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Handle incoming calls, promptly addressing queries and directing calls to the appropriate person.
• Process card payments in-person and over the phone with accuracy and discretion.
• Support the coordination of events.
• Maintain postage supplies and operate the franking machine for outgoing mail.
• Monitor and respond to emails received, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of maintaining a professional demeanour with all visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Flexible approach to managing workload, with a keen sense of organisation.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Previous experience working in a Receptionist/Administration role.
