Receptionist - Cambridge - 24,000- 25,000
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client in Cambridge, this is a full time permanent role perfect for someone that enjoys a fast paced customer service focused position!
Salary: 24-25k
Hours: 08:00am-16:30pm
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle incoming calls, promptly addressing queries and directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Process card payments in-person and over the phone with accuracy and discretion.
- Support the coordination of events.
- Maintain postage supplies and operate the franking machine for outgoing mail.
- Monitor and respond to emails received, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of maintaining a professional demeanour with all visitors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Flexible approach to managing workload, with a keen sense of organisation.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience working in a Receptionist/Administration role.
