What you'll be doing?

The receptionist will meet and greet clients and guests to the Exeter office and be the first point of contact via the telephone. A professional, friendly and articulate manner is required at all times, leaving a lasting impression with everybody you deal with. You will work with other receptionists across their UK offering support when needed.

In addition to reception duties you'll set up AV facilities, help with booking travel and meetings, and assist with events. You will also work closely with the Office Manager, helping with catering, invoices, expenses and ensuring the reception and office areas are clean and tidy at all times.

What you'll need

• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work and learning new skills
• Strong client and team focus
• A polite, professional and friendly manner
• Past reception experience from a corporate environment
• Experience of setting up AV equipment for meetings
• Knowledge of Condeco (desired)
