We are urgently seeking a Receptionist for both short and long-term temporary assignments. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, and has prior experience in reception duties. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Day-to-day of the role:- Answering and forwarding phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Greeting and signing in clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars efficiently
- Upholding the professional image of the business at all times
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with people from various backgrounds
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to take initiative
