Receptionist

Temporary Receptionist required - To start 29th April -17th May (3 weeks)
Are you an experienced Receptionist?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner?
Available to cover all dates 29April - 17 May?
08.00am- 4.30pm (half an hour lunch break)

Based on front of house you will demonstrate a first class customer service experience.
As Receptionist you will be:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Signing in of the visitors book
Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages
Booking meeting rooms
Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
Assisting various departments with administrative duties using Word and Excel
You will:
Be well presented with excellent communication skills
Be a confident communicator and pc literate
Be a team player with the ability to also work on your own
Have excellent time management and organisation skills
