Your new company
You will be working for a large multi-functional engineering business from their UK Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Working as the Receptionist, you will be front and centre for all visitors and calls to the company where you will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome.
Your role will include meeting and greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, post and parcels, monitoring stationary levels, placing orders on SAP, some basic facilities\' administration, managing the car parking and other generalist administrative duties. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8am till 4pm, fully office-based and the role will be busy and varied. This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful and growing company and will suit a candidate with drive, ambition and the desire to progress.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The most important factor for a successful candidate in this role is someone who is warm, friendly, welcoming and will give visiting customers and staff an excellent first impression of the company and its staff. Previous office / reception experience is required, as well as strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
