Swanstaff are currently looking for a Receptionist to work for our client who offer Audio visual and technology solutions. This role is based in Dartford, DA2.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the business. The successful candidates duties will include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 1pm
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Computer literate
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer service attitude
This role is initially for 2 months starting in April but may lead to on-going work.
