Receptionist

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to start a new role in Salford.

Seven Resourcing are looking for an experienced receptionist or someone with customer services experience to work in a busy professional environment. The role includes both telephone and face-to-face contact. You should have good IT skills, be a competent multitasker with good communication skills, whilst understanding the importance of the security procedures that need to be adhered to.

A rostered shift system is in operation & the standard shift pattern will be Tues to Fri : 09.00 - 2.00 + Saturday 10 - 4. A degree of flexibility around working hours is essential, as reception is open 7 days a week and changes or additional hours may be necessary occasionally.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the security systems and processes are adhered to at all times. (keys, alarms, pagers, cameras etc)

You will maintain security equipment & report issues in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for facilitating family and professional visits.

You will ensure the Confidentiality Code of Conduct is adhere to in relation to staff, clients, family & carers

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience of delivering an effective, reliable and efficient customer care service

Qualifications: NVQ2 Administration or Customer Services or equivalent or willing to work towards.

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS

Hours: 24 hours a week
