Receptionist

We are recruiting a Reception based in Foyle. This role will consist of a 9am – 5pm working day, working Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £11.11 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for this position that is set to last at 6 months with the likelihood of extension.

If successful you will be working in a private setting with the main duties of the role including general reception duties including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors and booking of meeting rooms (via Outlook Calendar or manual diary). Typing Letters, memos, reports and other documentation as required and taking minutes and typing of the same.

To be successful in the shortlisting for this role, you need to have the following:

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Math
• Relevant Office Experience
