Receptionist

Do you enjoy meeting new people and being part of a fun, friendly team? We have a variety of opportunities for Receptionist work across multiple sites in Gloucester and Cheltenham with our prestigious client. These are all ongoing, temporary positions, however we have had a number of temps secure permanent contracts in these roles, so there’s plenty of opportunity!

There are shifts available across weekdays and weekends, although the most regular work is weekend cover, for those looking for a regular weekly income.

We are looking for a Receptionist who will:

• Be the first point of contact to all visiting customers, face to face and over the telephone
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer refreshments to waiting customers, keeping tea, coffee and soft drink provisions stocked and tidy
• Support the sales team by taking details of inbound enquiries accurately and thoroughly
• Work as an integral cog in a large machine, connecting all different departments with their customers and one another, and have fun at the same time!

A Receptionist in this role should have skills including:

• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport
• A confident telephone manner
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good attention to detail, and accuracy taking down information

Our client has multiple sites across Gloucester and Cheltenham, many of which are accessible via public transport.
