The main requirement of the role is that the candidate have excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining a consistent work ethic throughout. This thriving company is looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis.
Some of the main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Greeting customers face to face and over the phone/email
- Assisting with all enquiries or directing accordingly
- Be IT Confident with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Complete all administrative tasks required
- Be able to pick up internal systems quickly (All training will be given on site)
- Successfully take bookings/payments as required
- Have a proactive and practical approach to tasks
- Have brilliant communication skills and be able to successfully liaise between internal teams and customers alike
This is a fully office based role. Working hours would be either 8.30am - 5.30pm (with 1 hour lunch) or 9am - 5.30pm (with a 30 minute lunch). FREE PARKING ON SITE. Someone with access to a car would be preferred as public transport is limited.
GBP12 per hour PAYE
Part time option available (hours would be 11.30am - 5.30pm)
