Description
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or team
- Manage phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support bookkeeping procedures and assist in various office tasks
- Monitor office supplies and handle shortages
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable
- Ensuring validated appointments are booked appropriately
- Facilitate office management and organisation procedures
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
