We are looking for someone to join our Warehouse Team as the PM Shift Manager, you will help run the Bristol Warehouse Operation working in partnership with the AM Shift Manager and the Transport Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will ensure we continue to provide the highest level of customer care, efficiently and effectively.
You will have an opportunity to make a big impact on the operation, supporting your colleagues across their shift, keeping them positive and motivated to carry out excellent team work, ensuring we meet our customer orders.
What you’ll do
• Line Manage the PM shift, supporting their development, coaching and training to succeed in their role
• Promote efficient working methods, identifying inefficiencies and improved ways of working
• Ensure the Operation completes required tasks during the shift
• Support the Branch Stock Checks when required
• Timely completion of stock movements and ensure data accuracy
• Work in partnership with the Stock Controller and Internal Sales Teams to accurately manage stock levels
• Effectively workforce plan to ensure the Operation meets the KPIs
