My client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for a 6 month maternity cover.
The role is based 5 days a week in the office
The role is to provide effective efficient support to all visitors and colleagues
Key Duties
- First point of contact for all visitors and staff
- Dealing with incoming calls, taking and distributing message
- Arrange appropriate transportation and dealing with couriers
- Provide administrative/clerical support as necessary in order to deliver effective and efficient reception services
- To attend meetings and training sessions as required to support continuous learning and development and performance improvement
Skills & Experience
- Effective verbal communication
- Strong written communication skills to prepare simple documents, reports, procedures as required
- Competent in the use of a range of current Microsoft office products
