Location: Bilston, Wolverhampton
Expected Salary: £22,500 - 23,000 per annum
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support to Directors, Contracts Engineers and Accounts
- Answering office telephone Directing calls
- Logging Enquiries and Orders on computer system
- Filing, copying and scanning typing up of documents;
- Invoicing of completed contracts;
- Booking accommodation for work colleagues
- Organising general maintenance activities for the building
- Ordering office supplies
- Ordering PPE, consumables and work clothing
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
OTHER RESPONISBILITES
- Updating training records
- Booking training courses
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Greeting visitors at Reception
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Completing timesheets for sub-contractors
- Completing online surveys, supply chain questionnaires
- Providing customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Good use of a computer and Microsoft software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point
- Previous, relevant work experience or Apprenticeship
- Able to work well with others and part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work well on your own good initiative
- Flexible on work tasks
- Understanding and considerate
