My client, a successful technology business, is looking to strengthen their team with an addition of a receptionist Administrator to assist in the smooth running of the busy office.
Responsibilities
- Answering telephone and directing calls as appropriate
- Monitoring support team mailbox
- Logging customer tickets in company Intranet
- Maintain contact lists
- Liaising with customers
- Assisting with mailing, shipping equipment
- Goods in receipting
- General admin duties
