Administrator / Receptionist - 12 Month Contract

Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well-established organisation based on the outskirts of Chester, in their recruitment of a temporary receptionist/ administrator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and manage telephone system
• Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner
• Meeting and greeting visitors - organising badges
• Some invoicing & filing may be required
• Assisting with in and out bound post
• Diary management
• Organising refreshments and associated agendas/ paperwork for meetings
• Supporting the team with additional administration duties
