Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 2ppm
The Role

On behalf of Cambridge Regional College, Think FE is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Receptionist and Customer Service Assistant. This vital position requires handling front desk responsibilities including managing calls via the switchboard, sorting post, and performing various administrative tasks.
Who are we looking for?

• You ll need to have previous experience working in an admin/ front of house capacity
• You ll need a minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths
• Level 2 in Customer Service is an advantage but ny no means essential
• You will have exceptional organisational and Customer Service skills as well as a professional appearance and friendly manner.
