We are on the hunt in Plymouth for a part time experienced Receptionist based out of Devonshire House.
Duties and responsibilities are,
Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
Answering door and greeting visitors
Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
Franking Mail
Other Admin Functions as Required
Occasional Trips to Post Office
Making Beverages for the Team
