Receptionist Customer Advisor

We are looking to appoint a receptionist to be based within the Sports Centres. If you like talking to people, this is definitely the role for you. In the role of Receptionist, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly welcome to our centres and helping our customers by serving them at the till or just by answering their queries. If you want to progress further, we will support this through additional training, both formal and on the job will be key.
Experience of serving customers in a face-to-face environment. Able to promote services and sell the different products that we offer. The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately. High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm and motivation. Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and flexible and displays excellent communication and administration skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure. You will be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable person who brings integrity, imagination and energy to play a vital role within a dedicated team of staff.
This role is will be on a shift pattern including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
